HOW TO ORDER OUR KEEPSAKE PRINTS Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or call our office with questions between 9:00am-5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday at 800-597-6499. We have over 100,000 first names and meanings available in our database. We GUARANTEE we will have your name! So, order with confidence. To order our keepsake prints, browse the selections listed on our Home page. You will need to scroll down the Home page to select a category to browse. You must select a PRINT first and then continue your ordering from there. You can not order from the Poetry page. Drop down boxes are provided to select the background print, name and meaning or poetry. For your convenience - you may browse all prints, as well as a variety of print catagories such as Babies, Children, Teens, Men, Women and Couples. Each product has it's own "Add To Shopping Cart " button, which will add the selected item to your cart. Putting an item into your cart does not commit you to buying it. You can delete an item at any time. You may continue shopping or checkout. To checkout click on the "View Shopping Cart" button. When ordering, be sure to complete all form fields, and make all necessary personalization, poetry and product selections for each item before placing it in your shopping cart. Many of our products are custom made, personalized items made specifically for you. We have taken great care in providing accurate, detailed online images of our products so you can see exactly what you are purchasing. All items are non-returnable. If there is a legitimate problem regarding quality or damage in transit, we will correct the problem. If we made a mistake it will be corrected at our expense. If a return for one of the above reasons is necessary, we do require you to contact us first to inform us that something is being returned. Authorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. We will issue a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of the returned package. The item must be returned in unused, undamaged condition. We will not credit a returned item unless it has the required RA # on it. This is for your protection as well as ours. All jewelry, including rings, pendants, cameos and bracelets are non-returnable, no exceptions. If there is an error with your purchase you must contact our office by phone to report the error so we can correct it. Errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt or we will assume that all is correct with your order. SHIPPING INFO. AND RATES We will usually ship your keepsake within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order is received on a holiday or weekend, it will usually be shipped the next business day. Keep in mind holidays cause a normal slow down due to increased sales...please be patient. Shipping charges are "FREE on all orders withn the United States. We ship "keepsake prints via USPS 1st Class Mail which takes about 7-10 days. Matted keepsakes ship via UPS Ground Service. This normally takes 2-6 days. If a rush, priority or UPS overnite order is necessary by your request, we can ship the product at an additional charge. We will not reimburse UPS Air or Ground charges due to weather delays.
